TYPICAL APPLICATION

Retainging and sealing of the non-separable cylindrical joints:
-bearings installation into housings or onto shafts;
-rotors, gear wheels, sprokets and pulleys retaining on the shafts;
-bushings and sleeves installation into molded cases;
-other applications with joint gap below 0,3 mm that can be fixed

Advantages over conventional retaining means:
·Withstands 5 times more loads than mechanical bush-shaft fasteners
·Provides twisting strength of the cylindrical joint and its resistance to vibration due to 100% contact between the surfaces

POSSIBLE APPLICATION

Retaining and sealing of the rare disassemble threaded connections (including those ones covered with protective coatings):
- standard thread (metric, pipe, taper, etc.) - up to M24
- non-standard thread - threaded gap is below 0,3 mm

Advantages over conventional locking means:
·Prevents bolts and nuts loosening due to vibration or thermal expansion
·Prevents self-unscrewing
·Lubricates thread, makes assembly easier
·Increases machining tolerance
·Provides threaded connection sealing, eliminates leaks
·Replaces various mechanical locking elements – lock nuts, grommets, spring washers, cotter pins
