Applications

1. First, clean the surface of the strongly fixed contaminations (such as carbon deposit, oxide films, residues of the previous coating) in any available mechanical or chemical way.

2. Use MODENGY Special Cleaner-Activator to prepare and clean the surface. Only it can guarantee good adhesion.

3. Shake the aerosol can of the MODENGY Special Cleaner-Activator several times. Spray the agent onto the surface from the distance of 15 to 20 cm until it is entirely covered. Wait for at least 15 minutes until the agent evaporates completely.

4. If necessary, spray out another layer of the coating. Don’t touch the prepared surface!

5. As soon as the agent completely evaporates, the surface is ready for applying the AFSLC as the next step.

6. Prior to apply the AFSLC, keep shaking  the aerosol can with the coating for at least 3 minutes since the moment you can hear tapping sound of a small ball inside it.

7. Spray out the coating from the aerosol can onto the surface to be treated from the distance of 25 to 30 cm

8. Let the coating some time to dry for at least 10 minutes at room temperature until opacity appears (it’s the interim air-drying stage)

9. Apply the second layer of the coating if necessary

10. To clean the nozzle of the spraying head turn the aerosol can with the coating upside down and direct it away from yourself. Then push the spraying head button and keep it pressed until the liquid agent stops coming out, and pure gas starts coming out instead of it.

11. Let the coating dry for at least 12 hours at room temperature (it’s the final air-drying stage)
