HACCP is the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system. HACCP system is legally recognized in the USA, Canada, European Union countries and nowadays is considered the most up-to-date control way to provide food safety.

ТР ТС 021/2011 Regulation includes the following obligatory measures:

  • to establish the list of possible pollution hazard risks during outlet products productions, storage and transportation;
  • to apply safe and efficient production technologies;
  • to introduce monitoring systems for critical control point during outlet products production and distribution.

ТР ТС 021/2011 regulates all the enterprises involved into food turnover, raw materials for food production, semi-prepared food, soft and strong drinks. Portable water supply enterprises also must conform to HACCP principles. According to the new Technical Regulations, manufacturers, wholesale and retail sale networks, cargo carriers, café and restaurants must introduce food safety management system without fail.
